Recruitment Procedures

1. The client must fully complete and sign the CAREERLINK MANPOWER Job Order Form and provide a copy of the Approved Visa Allocation for the required position as the initial document necessary to begin manpower processing.
2. We will start processing the client's Job Order with our foreign partnered agency as per the national request.
3. While candidate sourcing is in process, the client must prepare all required demand documents per nationality, duly attested by the Embassy, Qatar Chamber of Commerce, and Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
4. After all necessary documents have been completed and signed by the client, they must be submitted to CAREERLINK MANPOWER for forwarding to our foreign partner agencies in exchange for CVs and other related documents.
5. Once the final selection of candidates is made and approved by the client, the client will issue the employment offer letter, which must be signed by the candidates to initiate the visa processing.
6. While the visa is still in process, our foreign agencies should collect the other required documents from the applicants, who must also undergo and pass the QVC medical examinations.
7. Once the candidates arrive in Qatar, CAREERLINK MANPOWER will accompany and brief them before handing them over to their respective employers.
